The whole hall for your event
If you’re not just booking a format but need the whole venue, you’ll find every room at a glance at wellenwerk-events.de ↗: the surf hall itself, restaurant, beer garden, and terrace, individually or combined, for conferences, product launches, weddings, or large company parties.
Every event format works the same way: you send us the key details (occasion, group size, preferred date), and we get back to you with a matching proposal. For team events, company parties, and kids’ birthdays, that happens straight through a short form on the relevant page, no shop, no waiting on hold.
Exclusive Session: the wave just for you
Whether it’s a group of friends, a club, or a family: with an exclusive session, the wave belongs entirely to your group for 60 minutes, with a coach and a wave height matched to your level, from kids to pro.
On weekdays, the exclusive session costs €499 and can be booked directly online; on weekends it’s available for €799 on request. You can also give it as a gift with the exclusive session voucher.
For kids’ birthdays, there’s also the birthday add-on (€300 extra, up to 12 children) with a decorated birthday table, drinks, pizza, and cake, more on that on the Kids’ Birthday page.
Open to everyone: Surf Night & Kids Camps
Not every event at Wellenwerk is a private party, with these formats you can just join in directly:
- Surf Night, regularly on Saturday evenings: 90 minutes of surfing with atmospheric lighting and music, a relaxed vibe instead of training pressure. You’ll find dates in the booking calendar.
- Kids Camps, multi-day holiday camps with surfing, skating, and more, running again this summer holiday (dates & registration). Details on the Surfing for Kids page; we announce new dates in the newsletter (sign up at the bottom of the footer).

Which event format fits our group?
For companies and teams, team events (up to about 100 people, activity-based) or a company party (50 people or more, focused on celebrating rather than a program) both work well. For private occasions like kids’ birthdays, there’s a dedicated page. If you need the whole venue for a big event, you’ll find every room at wellenwerk-events.de ↗.
How does a request work?
You fill out the form on the relevant page (team events, company party, kids’ birthday, or renting the event venue) with the key details: occasion, group size, and preferred date. We’ll get back to you with a tailored offer.
Can you just surf at an event, without booking anything bigger?
Yes, if you’re not planning a bigger event and just want to book a session, you can do that any time directly through the surf calendar, no request form needed.
