Surfing instead of PowerPoint: your team stands together on Berlin’s only indoor surf wave, spray-paints a whole bus, or mixes cocktails, instead of sitting around a conference table.
What makes a team event at Wellenwerk different
You don’t need to be a surf team. Every format is built to work without prior experience, from a surf warm-up with a coach to a graffiti workshop with experienced writers. What counts is that everyone tries something together that they wouldn’t otherwise do.
You can book a single format or combine several, for example surfing first, then hanging out at the bar afterward. Every team event format works through a no-obligation request: you send us the group size and preferred date, and we send back a matching offer.
Our team event packages
Surf’n’Turf
45 minutes of warm-up and instruction, 45 minutes of surfing on the wave, then drinks and snacks at the bar. For smaller teams up to 12 people per session, no prior experience needed.
Paint the Bus
A 3-hour graffiti workshop with experienced street artists, your team designs a decommissioned BVG bus together, with your company logo if you like. For 10 to 100 people.
Cooking & Cocktail Workshop
Cook a 3-course menu together, or mix three cocktails under the guidance of real bartenders, both formats last 3 hours, for 10 to 30 people. Can be combined with an exclusive surf session.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party at Wellenwerk
No guessing-game program here, just a real challenge for the whole crew: Surf’n’Turf gets the group up on the wave together, then it’s off to the bar. Want more program? Combine it with a graffiti workshop or cocktail mixing. You don’t need any prior experience, just the will to share something together that the guest of honor won’t forget.
