Cancel a Contract
Here you can withdraw from a contract concluded online within the withdrawal period, without giving reasons and without a phone call.

What you should know
For vouchers, value vouchers and multi-session passes purchased online, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date the contract is concluded. Excluded are bookings for a fixed date (e.g., a scheduled surf session): under Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for leisure activities with a specific date, in this case the rebooking and cancellation rules in the Terms apply.
